TRS green lentils are small, disc-shaped legumes with a firm texture and a nutty flavour. Dried green lentils do not need to be pre-soaked like many dried beans and cook faster. They are used in many soups and side dishes and are very popular in European cuisine.

Green lentils add a peppery flavour to everything from Dal Makhani to stews. These lentils have a mild and creamy texture and are suitable for almost all spices. Keep these lentils in your cupboard for heartwarming dishes.

TRS green lentils are perfect for Indian dishes such as 'Kachori' (dumplings with a savoury filling), curries and vegetarian dal dishes. Ground lentil flour is used to make poppadoms or papad dough. They do not need to be soaked before frying.
