The tea has a beneficial effect on the respiratory tract, easing breathing and soothing the throat area. It helps to maintain optimal respiratory function and overall respiratory function, and strengthens immunity.

Ocimum sanctum (narrow-leaved basil) is beneficial for the respiratory tract and eases breathing.
Inula helenium (great cloudberry) has a soothing effect on the throat area.
Glycyrrhiza glabra (Licorice) helps to maintain optimal respiratory function.
Piper longum (long pepper) helps to support the overall functioning of the respiratory system.
Zingiber officinale (ginger) helps restore immunity.
Ingredients: ocimum sanctum (narrow-leaved basil), piper longum (long pepper), glycyrrhiza glabra (licorice), zingiber officinale (ginger), inula helenium (cloudberry), cinnamomum zeylanicum (ceylon cinnamon), elettaria cardamomum (cardamom), syzygium aromaticum (scented cloves).
Quantity: 100 g loose tea
Recommended dosage: 4-5 cups per day.
Preparation and use: One teaspoon of the herbal mixture (about 2 g) is boiled in water for 3-5 minutes, or simply pour 250 ml of boiling water over it and leave to steep for 10 minutes. A maximum of two types of tea at a time is recommended. The specific taste of each tea is part of its effect and corresponds to the Ayurvedic health properties of the six flavours. Thus, it is not recommended to use any sweeteners.
Keep away from children. It is not recommended to exceed the recommended daily amount. Store in a dry place at a temperature below 25°C. Not recommended for children, pregnant and lactating women.
