Ayurvedic Himalayan tea Harmony Elixir Tibetan, loose, Everest Ayurveda, 100g

According to traditional Tibetan medicine based on Ayurvedic principles, all living organisms are composed of five elements: ether, air, fire, water and earth. These elements manifest in the human body in the form of the three vital energies (doshas) Vata, Pitta and Kapha, which govern the harmonious interaction of our psychosomatic functions and represent the following organs and body systems:

Vata: Physical and mental activity, circulatory and lymphatic system, nervous system and respiratory system

Pitta: digestion and metabolism, liver and blood quality functioning, brain activity and sensory perception, body temperature and skin appearance

Kapha: Skeletal system and muscles, joints and body fluids, vitality and immune system

Ingredients: withania somnifera, centella asiatica, nelumbo nucifera, glycyrrhiza glabra, cinnamomum zeylanicum (bark), emblica officinalis, mentha arvensis.

Quantity: 100 g of loose herbal tea.

Recommended dosage: 2-3 cups per day.

Preparation and use: boil one teaspoon of the herbal mixture (about 2 g) in water for 3-5 minutes or simply pour 250 ml of boiling water and let it stand for 10 minutes. It is recommended to consume a maximum of two types of tea at the same time. The specific taste of each tea is part of its effect and corresponds to the Ayurvedic health properties of the six flavors. So it is not recommended to use any sweeteners.

Keep out of reach of children. It is not recommended to exceed the recommended daily amount. Store in a dry place below 25°C. Not recommended for children, pregnant and lactating women.
