A morning ritual to ensure you have a productive, energised day
The best way to find that extra hour in the morning is to get up earlier! I know it sounds like an impossible mission , but just try to get to bed an hour and a half earlier (believe me, you don't usually do super important things late at night).
It's always easier to get up in the morning when you have something to get up for. So plan your morning the night before, and write down and note down the important things you will do. You will see the difference the next morning!
So you wake up an hour earlier.
Next, don't make the mistake that 99% of people make - DON'T HOLD YOUR PHONE ! Don't touch your phone, don't go on social networks and messengers for this whole hour, or better still for longer. You will definitely make it in an hour, take some time for yourself.
What can you get done in this hour?
1. Brush your tongue and teeth (3 minutes)
2. Drink a glass of warm water (2 minutes)
3. Do a set of physical exercises (15 minutes) - believe me, in 15 minutes you can work out so much that you won't feel tired
4. Do breathing exercises or lie in the Shavasana pose (5 minutes)
5. Take a contrast shower (10 minutes)
6. Read a book or meditate (25 minutes)
Place the alarm clock away from you so that you can only reach it when you get up. As soon as you turn it off, go immediately to brush your teeth and tongue (you'll wake up in those 3 minutes).
Then go for a drink of water, as the body is depleted in the mornings and this will help to replenish the water reserves.
Physical exercise will activate the whole body.
A contrast shower will give clarity to the mind. And meditation or a book will give you new ideas and develop your creativity.
I've been following these rituals for some time now and I'm very happy with the results, so I'm sharing them with you. From personal experience I can say that knowing these rituals and following them are completely different things
Just do an experiment and see what changes
