Bergamot essential oil, Sattva Ayurveda, 10ml

Citrus oil extracted from the peel of a bergamot orange. It has a fresh, soothing aroma. Bergamot essential oil is widely used in aromatherapy for its many benefits, including its ability to improve mood, reduce stress and promote relaxation.

Uses

To scent rooms, add 1-2 drops of essential oil to aromatic lamps and candlesticks.

For the bath, mix 7 - 8 drops of this essential oil with a glass of kefir, cream, yoghurt or a tablespoon of salt, honey, mild oil and pour into the bath.

For cosmetics Mix 3 - 4 drops of essential oil with 20 g of any cream and use to nourish the skin.

Cautions: In case of contact with the eyes, rinse with plenty of water. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use directly on the skin.

Allergic sensitivity must be checked! Before using essential oils, it is recommended to check allergic sensitivity to skin and respiratory tract: mix one to two drops of the oil with 0.5 to 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil and apply with a piece of cotton wool on the inner side of the forearm, the wrist or the crease of the elbow. If no allergic reactions such as redness, itching occur after a while (maximum 12 hours), you can use the oil for skin treatments.

Store in an airtight container in a cool and dark place.
