Patchouli essential oil, Sattva Ayurveda, 10ml

Patchouli essential oil is extracted from the leaves of this plant. It has a rich, earthy and musky aroma that is known for its grounding and balancing effect on the mind and body. Patchouli essential oil is commonly used in aromatherapy to reduce stress and anxiety. Its calming and grounding properties can help relax and balance the mind and emotions. It is also believed to have aphrodisiac properties that can improve mood and stimulate sensuality. It has antiseptic and regenerative properties, making it a valuable ingredient in skin and hair care products.

Uses

To scent rooms, add 1-2 drops of essential oil to aromatic lamps and candlesticks.

For the bath, mix 7 - 8 drops of this essential oil with a glass of kefir, cream, yoghurt or a tablespoon of salt, honey, mild oil and add to the bath.

For cosmetics Mix 3 - 4 drops of essential oil with 20 g of any cream and use to nourish the skin.

Warnings. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use directly on skin.

Allergic sensitivity must be checked! Before using essential oils, it is recommended to check allergic sensitivity to skin and respiratory tract: mix one to two drops of the oil with 0.5 to 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil and apply with a piece of cotton wool on the inner side of the forearm, the wrist or the crease of the elbow. If no allergic reactions such as redness, itching occur after a while (maximum 12 hours), you can use the oil for skin treatments.

Store in an airtight container in a cool and dark place.
