* Ginger(Zingiber officinale) root extract (6:1) - 25 mg

* Fennel(Foeniculum vulgare) seed extract (7:1) - 50 mg

* Leaf extract of senna(Cassia angustifolia) - 100 mg

* Trivrit(Operculina turpethum) root extract (15:1) - 50 mg

* Capsule shell: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (E464)

Contains no flavourings, colourings, sugar, sweeteners, lactose, soya, gluten, wheat, yeast, preservatives, gelatine and soda.

Intake:

Adults are recommended to take 1-2 capsules twice a day with water, 20-30 minutes after meals.
