Before applying the massage oil to the skin, put a certain amount of oil in the palm of your hand, rub both palms together to generate heat. Massage as desired.

Ingredients: Sandalwood Amyris, Black Pepper and Mandarin Essential Oils blended with Grape Seed Oil.
