Massage oil for oily skin Kapha, Sattva Ayurveda, 200ml

According to Ayurveda, Kapha consists of two elements - earth and water. It is heavy, slow, cool, slippery, smooth, soft, dense, stable and turbid. Kapha gives structure and strength to the body; it provides the coherence needed to maintain a particular form.

An energetic massage with Kapha massage oil is warming, invigorating and light. It warms the muscles and joints, moisturises the skin and helps balance the Kapha dosha in the body.

How to use Ayurvedic oil?

For best results, use the oil warm. Apply the oil all over the body and massage until most of it is absorbed. Ayurveda recommends rubbing the body with the oil (called abhyanga) every day before taking a shower or bath. Using it to massage the feet in the evening can improve the quality of sleep.

Product for external use. Not for use by children. Do not use during pregnancy and lactation.

Ingredients (INCI): Sesamum indicum seed oil, Ocimum Sanctum leaves, Glycyrrhiza glabra stem, Iris germanica root, Mentha piperita plant oil, Zingiber officinale root oil, Eucalyptus globulus plant oil, Lavandula plant oil.

Store in an airtight container in a cool and dark place.
