Instructions for use: Coconut oil hardens at lower temperatures. Heat gently, taking care not to overheat. Apply to strands of hair and massage into the scalp with stimulating circular movements for 15-20 minutes. For maximum effectiveness of this Growth Hair Oil, it is best to leave it overnight to allow the oil to penetrate the hair and scalp. Use 2-3 times a week. Wash and rinse.
