Daily ear care with this herbal oil is recommended in Ayurveda from childhood. It helps with Vata disorders and is also said to reduce tinnitus and stress. The name Shravana can be translated as "to hear the truth".
One sage liked to call the Moon constellation Shravana the "cosmic ear".
Preparation/use: Daily 1-2 drops in each ear in the evening before going to bed or as needed.
Apply the drops at night to achieve the optimal care effect. The deep effect is supported and strengthened by the long time of use and the regenerating effect of sleep. In the legendary Ayurvedic remedy Panchakarma, the traditional application is called KARNAPURAN. It is a special Ayurvedic treatment for ear problems like tinnitus. The treatment is usually followed by a circulation-stimulating and warming head and ear massage, which is finished with an ear oil treatment and an intensive relaxation phase.
For daily use, dose 1-2 drops in one ear with a pipette. Make sure that the pipette is not contaminated when returning it to the vial.
As like all Lakshmi products it is a 100% natural product made from oils and medicinal herbs, there may be some cloudiness at the bottom. Just warm up a little and shake well before each use. Check the heat before use, don't use too hot!
