Each capsule contains 500 mg of pure standardized extract from Haritaki, Bhibhtaki, Amalaki - a classic formula of three plants mixed in equal parts according to the Ayurvedic tradition.

Ingredients (2 tablets):

Amla (Amalaki, Emblica officinalis) powder 270 mg, Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) powder 260 mg, Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellerica) powder 270 mg.

Contains no flavors, colors, sugar, sweeteners, lactose, soy, gluten, wheat, yeast, preservatives, gelatin and soda.

Use : Adults should take 1 tablet twice a day with a glass of water after a meal. It is recommended to use for at least 2-3 months to achieve a better effect.
