Usage: Ayurdent® Gum Care Oil can be sprayed directly on the gums. It is also possible to spray on the fingers and then gently massage the gums in both rows of teeth for 2-3 minutes. Then spit out and rinse your mouth with lukewarm water. Works against biofilm and plaque. Ramina gums. Protects against gingivitis and bad breath.
